Job Description

🌟 Full-Time Hotel Receptionist | £30,338 per annum + Benefits 

We’re looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE, and WELCOMING Hotel Receptionist to join our FANTASTIC TEAM at a vibrant central London hotel!

💼 Salary: £30,338 per annum (£14.96 per hour)
📅 Shifts: Full flexibility required – weekdays and weekends, including mornings, days and evenings
💼 Location: Pullman London St Pancras 

What you’ll do:

  • Provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience
  • Respond promptly to guest queries and ensure their satisfaction
  • Offer recommendations on local activities, dining and entertainment
  • Identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
  • Coordinate with the Duty Manager to provide excellent guest service
  • Handle guest messages, mail, and room moves as needed

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • A welcoming, professional attitude with strong communication skills
  • A knowledge of London’s activities, restaurants, and local attractions
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
