Cooinda Lodge Kakadu is a unique resort nestled in the heart of Kakadu National Park, Northern Territory, Australia. Under a Accor's Hotel Management Agreement in partnership with the Djigardaba Enterprise Aboriginal Corporation, it offers guests a gateway to explore the UNESCO World Heritage-listed park. The lodge provides a variety of accommodations, including lodge rooms, eco-tents, and camping sites, along with amenities such as two swimming pools, restaurants, bars, a general store, and access to Yellow Water Cruises and the Warradjan Cultural Centre.

You must have the legal right to work in Australia to be considered for this role.

• Performing daily checks and minor repairs (e.g. fixing leaking taps, replacing lightbulbs, clearing pathways, inspect and clean air conditioning filters, clean and maintain pool filters, etc.).

• Maintaining guest facilities and lodge equipment (e.g. air-conditioning filter cleaning, pool upkeep,etc.).

• Supporting scheduled preventive maintenance (e.g. servicing generators, inspecting roofing and water heaters, conduct pest and termite inspection, etc.).

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role, with understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work.

• Reliable, committed, and adaptable to shift work; ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic hospitality environment.

• Good interpersonal skills, integrity, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and Accor’s Heartist values.
