Job Description

- Welcome and check in guests with genuine warmth and a 5-star luxury mindset
- Process check-outs and financial transactions accurately using Opera Cloud and ACDC systems
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Liaise between guests and departments including Reservations, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Food & Beverage
- Handle all incoming calls courteously and route them to the appropriate department
- Promote Accor ALL loyalty membership and upsell hotel services and facilities
- Maintain accurate guest account records, reservations, and operational logs
- Uphold strict security protocols to protect guest confidentiality at all times
- Part-Time and Full-Time roles available
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
- Polished, distinguished presentation in line with the Sofitel brand standards
- A luxury service mindset with genuine warmth, humility, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to stay organised and composed across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Previous experience in a front office or guest-facing hospitality role (preferred)
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar property management systems (advantageous)
- Passion for continuous learning and development within the Accor network
