Guest Relation Officer (Russian Speaker)
This position is responsible for ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience for our guests by providing personalized service, addressing their concerns, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and special requests.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive solutions to enhance their stay.
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Understand and respect cultural differences, ensuring a tailored experience for Russian-speaking guests.
- Assist in translating materials and communication as needed.
Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or a similar hospitality role
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English & Russian language
- Problem-solving abilities with a guest-centric approach
- Past Maldives experience preferred.
