🎨 Creative Design & Branding
Develop compelling visual designs for marketing campaigns, advertisements, flyers, menus, social media, and internal communications.
Ensure all creative materials align with Accor and Grand Mercure brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life through visual storytelling.
🖥️ Digital & Social Media Design
Create digital assets for use across social media, websites, e-newsletters, and OTAs.
Animate visuals or edit short-form video clips for digital campaigns (basic motion graphics).
Support the Marketing Executive with content layouts for posts and stories.
🖨️ Print & Collateral Production
Design hotel brochures, signage, banners, event backdrops, and promotional materials.
Liaise with print suppliers and ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.
📸 Photography & Asset Management
Assist in basic photo editing and retouching.
Maintain an organized digital archive of design files, templates, and creative assets.
Support photography/videography shoots for property events, dining, and rooms (optional).
🤝 Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with F&B, Front Office, Spa, and Talent & Culture teams to develop creative materials for promotions and internal campaigns.
Respond quickly to ad-hoc design requests while maintaining quality and consistency.
Mandatory bilingual proficiency in Thai and English.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in hospitality or lifestyle brands is a plus).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Canva and Figma is a plus.
Basic skills in video editing or motion graphics (Adobe Premiere/After Effects) are an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail, creative flair, and a strong visual sense.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
