Vous développerez également des relations particulières avec les clients et les entreprises locales en délivrant là aussi l'expérience Mama.
Tout en maintenant des standards et des normes élevées en matière d’alimentation, services, santé et de sécurité ; vous assurez la rentabilité du Mama par la génération de revenus et le contrôle des coûts.
En coulisses, vous analysez les chiffres de ventes et contrôlez les dépenses. Vous gérez et prévoyez les budgets ainsi que les plans financiers. 📈📊
Dans le but d’atteindre ces objectifs, vous collaborez avec le siège ; notamment sur le reporting des résultats ainsi que les campagnes e-marketing et média.

- Vous avez une capacité à vous adapter à tous les défis, en restant calme dans un environnement décalé avec un flux client important.
- Vous avez déjà eu une expérience similaire avec un management d’équipe de 100 personnes minimum.

- Vous faites preuve de souplesse dans votre emploi du temps. Vos horaires de travail seront déterminées en fonction des besoins de l'activité.

- Vous avez le goût du développement commercial et êtes un gestionnaire aguerri.
