We are thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new French Bistro restaurant at Mercure London Bridge this June.

As part of our exciting new culinary journey, we are looking for a passionate and experienced F&B Service Manager to lead our service team and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

As an F&B Service Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience at our new French Bistro. You will be responsible for leading and training the service team, ensuring impeccable service standards, and working closely with the kitchen team to create a warm and authentic dining atmosphere that embodies the spirit of French hospitality.

What We Are Looking For

  • A dynamic and motivated leader with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.
  • Previous experience in an F&B managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of French cuisine and wines is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and develop the team.
  • A hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
