ABOUT THE ROLE

•Develop and execute front office operations strategies.

•Manage customer service and guest satisfaction.

•Oversee check-in/check-out processes and reservation management..

•Handle assigned tasks and lead the team effectively.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

•More than 8 years of experience at the front desk.

•Strong leadership and communication skills (Korean & English).

•Working experience at an international hotel chain.

•Pre-opening experience is a plus.
