- Gestisce le operazioni quotidiane, garantendo la qualità, gli standard e soddisfacendo le aspettative dei clienti su base giornaliera.
- Sviluppa obiettivi e piani specifici per stabilire le priorità, organizzare e portare a termine il tuo lavoro.
- Gestisce i reclami, risolve le controversie e risolve reclami e conflitti, o negozia in altro modo con gli altri.
- Supervisiona i livelli di personale per garantire che il servizio agli ospiti, le esigenze operative.
- Garantisce che avvenga una comunicazione regolare e continua con i dipendenti per creare consapevolezza degli obiettivi aziendali e comunicare le aspettative, riconoscere le prestazioni e produrre i risultati desiderati.
- Comprende l'impatto delle operazioni del dipartimento sugli obiettivi e complessivi della proprietà e riesce a raggiungere o superare gli obiettivi.
Responsabilità aggiuntive
- Fornisce informazioni a supervisori, collaboratori e subordinati per telefono, in forma scritta, e-mail o di persona.
- Analizza le informazioni e valuta i risultati per scegliere la soluzione migliore e risolvere i problemi.
- Informa e/o aggiorna i dirigenti, i colleghi e i subordinati sulle informazioni rilevanti in modo tempestivo.
- Svolge tutti i compiti alla reception, se necessario.
- Esegue i turni della reception ogni volta che è necessario.
- Partecipa alle riunioni di reparto e comunica continuamente un messaggio chiaro e coerente riguardo agli obiettivi del Front Desk per produrre i risultati desiderati.
- Diploma di scuola superiore o GED; 2 anni di esperienza nei servizi per gli ospiti, alla reception o nell'area professionale correlata.
- È richiesta un'esperienza lavorativa correlata e pregressa.
