Vos missions principales :
- Accueil client : Vous serez le premier et le dernier sourire de nos clients, en leur offrant une arrivée chaleureuse (check-in) et un départ mémorable (check-out).
- Responsabilité de nuit : Seul en poste, vous serez garant de la satisfaction et de la sécurité de nos clients tout au long de la nuit.
Vos responsabilités au quotidien :
- Gérer les encaissements et vérifier les facturations.
- Effectuer la clôture journalière.
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, prendre des réservations, servir au bar ou préparer un room-service.
- Vérifier et ranger les livraisons alimentaires et de linge, tout en gérant les stocks.
- Préparer le buffet petit-déjeuner avant le passage des équipes du matin.
- Assurer le calme et la sécurité des biens et des personnes dans l’établissement, en appliquant scrupuleusement les normes de sécurité.
- Formation : Études en Hôtellerie, Tourisme ou Accueil/Relations Clients.
- Compétences techniques : La maîtrise des logiciels Opéra et/ou Tars est un atout.
- Qualités humaines : Souriant, à l’écoute, doté d’un excellent sens du service et d’un relationnel irréprochable.
- Professionnalisme : Adaptabilité, organisation, rigueur et attitude en adéquation avec l’univers du luxe.
- Esprit d’équipe : Proactif et force de proposition.
la pratique d'autres langues est un plus.
