Votre rôle :
- Etre en support du Responsable F&B dans le rôle de leader, de mentor et de formateur auprès de l’équipe opérationnelle Restauration
- Superviser et déléguer les tâches
- Assurer le respect des normes Food & Beverage
- Assurer la liaison avec les équipes Cuisine pour garantir un haut niveau de qualité des produits et de leur attrait visuel
Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
- Qualité de service essentielle et passion pour la restauration
- Une expérience similaire dans le management
- Bonne communication interpersonnelle et capacité à gérer les conflits/problématiques, capacité à manager et à être exemplaire
De CAP à Bac + 2 avec expérience en restauration
La maîtrise de l'anglais, de l'espagnol, du portugais voir du russe est un plus
