We are looking for a talented and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor wishing to join our talented Banquets team here at Pullman Auckland. Do you have a genuine passion for delivering wonderful hospitality experience to our guest? Are you passionate about all things Food & Beverage? If so, look no further! 

As a F&B Supervisor, your main responsibilities include: 

• Overseeing the operations of Banquets, conference and event functions 
• Ensure friendly and professional food and beverage service and experience is provided to all guests
• Train and develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 Star service standards.

To be successful in your application, you must:

• Be amazing - have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for Hospitality 
• Be flexible - you are required to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, public holidays and weekends 
• Show initiative - you are approachable team player and you can think outside of the box.

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you can also:

• Articulate verbal communication and passion for building a rapport with our guests
• Current General Manager's certificate
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate
• Hold a current Fire Warden Certificate
• Ability to work well under pressure, think on your feet and ability to make quick decisions
• Prior Food and Beverage supervisory experience in a 5 star hotel environment
• Exceptional grooming and articulate in communication.
