We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our F&B department, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high-quality standards in our food and beverage offerings.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences
- Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs while maintaining product quality
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist in developing and implementing new F&B concepts and promotions
- Coordinate with other departments to support special events and functions
- Monitor and analyze sales data, making recommendations for improvements
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Completed training in the catering business or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control
- Proficiency in food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for food and beverage trends, with a desire to continually learn and innovate
- Basic computer skills for administrative tasks and reporting
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
