Job Description

Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is thrilled to introduce a new position, and we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of the Hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets, while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

You will be accountable on a shift basis for the operations of the individual outlets through effective people management. You will also work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to support revenue initiatives and maintain cost controls. You will assist in the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members which a particular focus on ensuring we maintain brand standards and cultivate an upselling culture.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the ability to excel within a busy operation and be able to multitask with a warm friendly approach.

You will be an effective leader who can confidently motivate and develop a team all while maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be an excellent communicator both verbally and written and will have strong time management skills. Above all else you will have an obvious passion for Food & Beverage and for delivering exceptional service to our guests.
