Job Description
Bonjour! Step into a world of refined, personalised service as part of the In-Room Dining & Mini Bar team at Sofitel, where every detail is curated to create a private and unforgettable guest experience. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will deliver seamless, five-star service directly to our guests’ rooms, combining warmth, discretion, and a truly tailored approach.
With a passion for excellence, you bring each interaction to life, confidently taking guests order via phone and guiding guests through the in-room dining menu, anticipating their needs, and ensuring every request is handled with care and efficiency. Your ability to create genuine connections, even in brief moments, ensures each guest feels valued and indulged.
You take pride in presenting each order with precision and elegance, ensuring dishes are delivered promptly and beautifully, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. From set-up to service, every detail is executed with finesse, enhancing the comfort and luxury of the in-room dining experience.

Qualifications

With a naturally engaging presence, you connect effortlessly with guests, anticipating their needs while maintaining a polished and refined demeanour. Experience in a high-end or fine dining environment is valued, though your attitude and commitment to excellence are what truly define you.
You communicate with confidence and professionalism, hold a current RSA certification, and bring flexibility and reliability to a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
With full Australian working rights, you are ready to step into a role where your passion for service and attention to detail contribute to creating memorable guest experiences every day.
