Job Description

An exciting new role has arisen to join our team as Finance Business Partner!

Reporting to the Director of Finance  and working alongside the Assistant Director of Finance you will be responsible for delivering a commercial finance partnership with all operational outlets within the resort.

A little more about what you'll be doing:

  • Be actively involved in the monthly production of the annual forecast, working closely with finance and the operations team with particular focus on payroll and expenditure forecasts.
  • Active involvement in the monthly P&L reviews with Heads of Department, agreeing action points to address any commercial and operational challenges and owning the delivery of these actions.
  • Be the line manager for the stores team which comprises goods receiving, beverage and food stores.
  • Work with the Director of Finance to manage the resort Capital expenditure, reviewing all requests for commercial integrity and implementing post investment reviews to ensure projected benefits are being delivered.
  • Be involved all operational aspects of the resort, working with Heads of Department to optimise their financial performance each month and deliver their budgeted financial results whilst supporting excellent customer service.
  • Hold weekly payroll meetings with Heads of Departments to review performance against forecast and deliver on all actions that arise as a result of these reviews.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role is essential 
  • Confidence to walk into a new role and make it your own
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK

This is a Full Time position and is mainly Monday-Friday however the odd Weekend may be required.
