- This role plays a pivotal part in advancing the Finance Transformation strategy across MEAPAC. By streamlining and standardizing financial information systems, including implementing a unified chart of accounts and analysis structures, this position ensures consistent and efficient operations across all offices.
- Effective management of access rights, master data, and system processes is critical to maintaining data quality, which serves as the foundation for accurate and timely decision-making by senior management
- Centralizing systems administration and providing comprehensive support to the Corporate Finance team across MEA APAC.
- Managing and maintaining a single source of truth for master data across all financial systems in the region.
- Leading the implementation of process automation initiatives to drive operational efficiency and business agility.
- Monitoring and ensuring the reliability of system interfaces
- Responsible for system documentation to ensure changes are tracked and well-maintained to reflect evolving needs and improvements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance related fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience in implementing or system supporting role
- Strong knowledge of SunSystems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint,
- Quick learning on projects and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player and has strong interpersonal skills
- Very good communication in English (written / spoken)
- This position can be based in Bangkok
