Job Description

  1. Lead Daily Operations: Oversee and ensure smooth execution of front-of-house service across all dining concepts, maintaining ambiance, flow, and guest satisfaction.
  2. Team Management & Training: Coach and motivate the team through daily briefings, on-floor leadership, and performance development of supervisors and captains.
  3. Guest Engagement & Service Excellence: Build strong guest relationships, handle complaints professionally, and encourage return visits through personalized service and upselling.
  4. SOP & Service Standards: Develop clear, effective SOPs for service flow, upselling, hygiene, and grooming to ensure consistent delivery of high standards.
  5. Financial Oversight: Monitor daily sales, labor costs, beverage margins, inventory, and POS analytics to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
  6. Event & Experience Coordination: Support private events, themed nights, and marketing promotions while collaborating with suppliers and acting as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

  • Experience running front-of-house in busy, quality-driven restaurants.
  • Strong service skills and team training know-how.
  • Confidence with POS, reservations, stock control, and daily ops.
  • Quick thinking, calm under pressure, solution-focused.
  • A natural leader—hands-on, confident, and guest-facing.
