- Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness.
- Designing new recipes, planning menus. Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational and financial objectives
- Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer problems and complaints.
- Performing administrative tasks, setting and monitoring performance standards for staff.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Asia especially Thailand highly preferred as Executive Chef with an International chain hotel.
- Excellent record of kitchen management and ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks, Communication and leadership skills and Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
