Job Description
An English teacher is a professional educator who specializes in teaching English language content to hotel employees. Their duties include researching material and preparing English lesson plans according to a curriculum, setting and grading English tests and assessments, and updating superiors on their employee’s progress.
Duties and Responsibilities
An English teacher is typically tasked with the following duties and responsibilities:
- teaching hotel employee's English language.
- planning and preparing English sessions in line with the applicable curriculum.
- researching new teaching methods and English-language materials.
- marking employee's English work and exams and giving feedback.
- meeting with managers and discussing employee's development and progress in English
