Job Description

You are the start of an exceptional guest experience! As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless booking experience while setting the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, friendly, and engaging service at all times.
  • Assist guests in selecting the best room options while maximizing revenue through up-selling.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions.
  • Handle special requests and ensure guest preferences are recorded.
  • Process room reservations, manage rooming lists, and maintain accurate records in the system.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Customer Service.
  • Positive problem solving approach.
  • Time-Keeping.
  • Organised.
