Job Description

As the Director of Sales at Pullman Ninh Binh, you’ll lead the charge in building and driving the hotel’s sales strategy, positioning Pullman Ninh Binh as one of the most exciting destinations in the city. You’ll be responsible for maximizing revenue across all segments, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering relationships that grow our brand visibility locally and nationally.

This is a role for someone with vision, drive, and a flair for creative selling—someone who gets the numbers, but also the people behind them. You’ll know how to craft compelling partnerships, convert leads into loyal guests, and inject the Pullman spirit into everything we do.

Main Functions

  • Lead and develop a sales strategy aligned with Pullman Ninh Binh commercial goals and brand positioning.
  • Drive revenue growth across all market segments, including corporate, leisure, MICE, and group business.
  • Build, manage, and inspire a high-performance sales team focused on results, relationships, and creativity.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and build strong relationships with key accounts, agencies, and local stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Brand Marketing to optimize pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets, keeping Hyde one step ahead of the competition.
  • Represent Pullman Ninh Binh at industry events, tradeshows, and networking opportunities—putting the brand firmly on the map.
  • Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity, producing accurate reporting and actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the operations and brand teams to ensure guest and client expectations are not just met but exceeded.
  • Ensure all sales practices comply with brand standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

  • You’re an experienced hotel sales leader with 5–7 years in the industry, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • You know the Ninh Binh market inside and out, and opening experience is a big plus.
  • You’ve built or helped shape a sales function before – and know how to balance strategy with hustle.
  • You’re a natural relationship-builder with a strong network and a knack for storytelling that converts.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, think strategically, and execute with precision.
  • You love working across teams and understand the importance of aligning sales with brand, revenue, and ops.
  • You’re goal-oriented, resilient, and results-driven—but always bring people along for the journey.
  • You're humble, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves to make magic happen.
  • You're all about doing things differently, testing new ideas, and having some fun along the way.
