· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget delivery of project workstreams.

· Utilise your hotel operations expertise to recommend and support approaches to implementation and rollout – liaising with Operations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

· Collaborate closely with internal teams, including brand, CSR, operations and F&B, and other regional and global stakeholders, in order to leverage internal expertise for project implementation.

· Background and understanding in hotel operations will be crucial for effective communication and collaboration.

· Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including partners.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for the management of the Oceans project.

Program Development:

· Identify and assess new opportunities for CSR initiatives that align with the Novotel experience pillars.

· Work with T&C and brand teams to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement in the Oceans project.

· Work with brand marketing on the creation of educational and promotional materials to raise awareness about Novotel and Oceans.

· Explore partnerships with other NGOs, academic institutions, or government bodies to further the impact of the Oceans project.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

· Establish metrics and benchmarks to measure the impact and success of the Oceans project.

· Prepare and present regular reports on project status, outcomes, and recommendations for future initiatives.

· Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

· Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimise project outcomes.

Compliance and Reporting:

· Prepare reports for brand updates, brand councils, and senior leadership meetings.

· Maintain comprehensive documentation of CSR projects and activities.

· Ensure all CSR activities comply with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications
