Job Description

Get ready for an exhilarating role where you'll be the driving force behind unforgettable events. As a key player, you'll take charge of everything from crafting detailed event orders to executing seamless on-site management, ensuring every moment is flawless.

You'll be the go-to expert, transforming vision into reality and delivering exceptional experiences, while also wrapping up with perfect follow-ups that leave clients eager for the next event. It's your chance to make every event an absolute success!

 


Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience within the Conference & Events sector with exposure to reactive and/or proactive sales.
  • • An understanding of the Hotels property management system an advantage along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills.
  • Strong personal integrity.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high level of energy.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members.
  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change. • Role model in Accor values and Heartist culture.
