Description de poste :
- Préparer, cuisiner et dresser les plats selon les recettes et normes de l’hôtel.
- Maintenir la propreté et l’entretien des zones de travail, des ustensiles et des équipements.
- Maîtriser les plats du menu, les plats du jour et les promotions.
- Suivre les standards de qualité et de présentation des plats.
- Accomplir toutes autres tâches connexes liées à la cuisine et à la gestion de l’espace de travail.
- Minimum 1 an d’expérience en cuisine professionnelle requis.
- Diplôme ou certificat en cuisine (DEP, CAP…) considéré comme un atout.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement rapide.
- Bonne adaptabilité et sens de l’initiative en cuisine.
- Esprit d’équipe et attitude professionnelle indispensables.
