En Novotel Madrid Campo de las Naciones, buscamos un/a Corporate&Mice Sales Mananger con talento y pasión por el sector hotelero para unirse a nuestro equipo. La persona seleccionada será responsable de desarrollar y fortalecer la estrategia comercial del hotel, impulsando la captación y fidelización de clientes y contribuyendo al crecimiento de nuestras ventas.
- Experiencia previa en el área comercial, preferiblemente en el sector hotelero
- Formación relacionada con las funciones a realizar
- Habilidades de comunicación y negociación además de gran capacidad de influencia y empatía
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo
- Orientación a resultados y enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente
- Disponibilidad de Jornada Completa y disponibilidad horaria además de disponibilidad para viajar
- Se valorará muy positivamente la plena dedicación y la actitud para emprender nuevos proyectos
- Persona dinámica y organizada
- Nivel alto de español e inglés; se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas
- Conocimiento de herramientas CRM y manejo de Office (Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para aumentar la ocupación y la rentabilidad del hotel
- Gestionar la cartera de clientes, estableciendo relaciones sólidas con clientes corporativos, agencia de eventos y de viaje y otros socios estratégicos
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y mercados potenciales
- Poder de incrementar la satisfacción del cliente hacia la marca
- Crear clientes prescriptor@s , que nos recomienden
- Participar en acciones comerciales, sales misión nacionales y asistencia a Forums internacionales
- Coordinar y colaborar con otros departamentos del hotel para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente
- Realizar visitas comerciales, presentaciones y negociaciones con clientes
- Monitorear tendencias del mercado y la competencia para adaptar la estrategia comercial
- Elaborar informes de rendimiento y análisis de ventas realizadas
- Ejecutar un plan de acción comercial basado en la captación de negocio del segmento Corporativo y Mice
