-Desarrollar sistemas para procesar transacciones de cuentas de nóminas (p. ej., salarios, beneficios, embargos, impuestos y pagos de terceros).
- Coordinar sistemas de nóminas y de control del tiempo.
- Supervisar el procesamiento de los cambios en las nóminas (p. ej., nuevos empleados, terminaciones de contratos, aumentos) y mejoras del sistema.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes relevantes y las políticas interna.
- Supervisar y orientar a los encargados y asistentes de nóminas.
- Actuar como enlace con los auditores y gestionar las auditorías fiscales de nóminas.
- Colaborar con los equipos de Recursos Humanos (RR. HH.) y contabilidad.
- Mantener registros precisos y preparar informes.
- Resolver problemas y responder preguntas relacionadas con nóminas.
- Experiencia demostrable como gerente de nómina o en un puesto similar
- Conocimiento actual de los procedimientos de nóminas y las leyes relacionadas.
- Excelente conocimiento de nóminas e impuestos en diferentes ubicaciones.
- Conocimientos en software de nóminas, Microsoft Outlook, word, excel y power point.
- Excelentes capacidades comunicativas (verbales y escritas)y manejo del tiempo.
- Grado en Contabilidad, Recursos Humanos, Administración de empresas o un campo relacionado; se valorará contar con una certificación profesional (p. ej., CPP, CPM).
