Resumen de responsabilidades:
Saludar y brindar una bienvenida personalizada a todos los huéspedes.
- Dar un trato personalizado a todos los huéspedes según sus diferentes necesidades.
- Verificar perfiles de los huéspedes antes de su llegada al hotel para asegurar el servicio personalizado en ACDC y OPERA.
- Control de inventario de amenidades.
- Planear nuevos proyectos y amenidades para huéspedes.
- Realizar decoraciones para huéspedes que celebren ocasiones especiales.
- Resolver y manejar quejas de huéspedes.
- Lobby ambassador.
- Tener completo conocimiento de la ocupación, llegadas, salidas, VIPS, eventos, grupos, actividades y horarios.
- Ayudar a cubrir turnos del departamento de Guest Services
- Apoyar a otros departamentos en caso de mucha afluencia en lobby.
- Promover el programa de ALL.
- Controlar y manejar un volumen grande de huéspedes, solicitudes y quejas.
- Participar en las metas del departamento de GR (cousu main, Trust you scores, LQA audit score, name mention, All enrollamientos)
- Asistir en el análisis de calidad (análisis de quejas, trust you, reportes Hotsos)
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de todas las checklists
Descripción de la Posición:
- Contactar a los huéspedes vía email/teléfono antes y después de la estancia.
- Dar la bienvenida y despedir a los huéspedes.
- Ofrecer un servicio altamente personalizado y creado a la medida del huésped de manera respetuosa, cálida, transparente, organizada y enfocada principalmente para cubrir los deseos específicos de los huéspedes.
- Asistir en todo momento al Assistant Guest Relations Manager.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en servicio al cliente en la industria hotelera.
- Conocimientos en Paquetería Windows (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Conocimientos en Manejo de Conmutador.
- Habilidad para el manejo de Sistemas Nuevos con el menor entrenamiento.
- Experiencia en trabajo bajo presión.
- Especial atención a los detalles.
- Sentido de urgencia.
- Disposición para ayudar y prestar servicio lateral entre departamentos.
- Profesionalismo.
- Organizado, Cortes y Amable.
- Excelente Ingles escrito y hablado.
- Disponibilidad de Horario.
- Rapidez para realizar las tareas.
- Respetuoso y discreto.
- Habilidad para manejar oportunidades y brindar ayuda a compañeros.
- Proactivo y con gusto de trabajar en equipo.

- Conocimientos de A y B (gastronomía, vinos, licores, té y café)
- Conocimientos de cultura general (Geografía, historía de México y universal)
- Conocimiento de la cultura mexicana (Gastronomía, música, arte)
