Ready to keep the heart of Mama’s kitchen running smoothly and sparkling clean? 🍽️✨ We’re looking for a Chief Steward to lead our back-of-house team, ensuring top-notch hygiene, safety, and seamless operations at Mama Shelter Singapore!
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- You’re the hygiene guru, mastering all health & safety regulations and ensuring we’re HACCP-compliant at every turn. 🧼✔️
- Keep breakages in check and give feedback to reduce losses. Mama’s dishes deserve it! 🍽️💥
- Control costs like a pro and manage payroll efficiently to keep things smooth and flexible. 💸💡
- Take charge of stewarding operations, from staffing to ensuring a clean and organized back-of-house, all while providing friendly and professional service. 👥🔧
- Be hands-on during busy times, assisting your team and leading by example. 🙌💪
- Stay on top of inventories, managing all equipment and supplies so everything’s ready when it’s needed. 📦✅
- Coordinate daily with the kitchen and F&B teams, making sure clean and dry equipment is always available. 👨🍳🍷
- Oversee the night cleaning and ensure the highest standards are met across all areas. 🌙🧽
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Hygiene Manager to ensure we’re always in tip-top shape. 👨🍳👮♂️
- Handle guest and employee inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and a smile. 😊💬
- Lead your team with training, feedback, and mentorship, creating a positive environment where everyone can thrive. 🌟🎯
