Rejoignez le restaurant Morimoto, dirigé par le chef renommé Masaharu Morimoto (vainqueur d’Iron Chef aux États-Unis), unique en Europe pour sa cuisine japonaise fusion mariant traditions japonaises et influences internationales. Vous êtes passionné(e) et motivé(e) pour intégrer l'équipe du restaurant Morimoto Bordeaux (+ de 180 couverts indoor et outdoor) dans un univers lifestyle, festif et unique en son genre.

Vous participerez à l'évolution de notre restaurant MORIMOTO Bordeaux, aux influences japonaises, dans un univers lifestyle, festif et unique en son genre.
Rattaché(e) au Chef Exécutif, nous recherchons des Chef(fe)s de partie (H/F) afin d’assurer la confection d’une partie du menu dont il a la charge.
Vos missions seront les suivantes, dans le respect des normes d'hygiène en vigueur :
- Préparer et contrôler les composantes du menu dont il a la charge en s’assurant de la bonne application des consignes du Chef (fiches techniques…) et des procédures de l’hôtel ; en controlant la bonne préparation des plats avant l’envoi en salle;
- Vous assurez un rôle d’encadrement et de formation des cuisiniers et commis. A ce titre, vous répartissez les tâches et donnez les consignes aux membres de votre équipe tout en supervisant leur bonne exécution;
- Vous êtes garant de la qualité des produits et verifiez toutes les marchandises livrées;
- Vous êtes en charge de la bonne gestion des stocks et vérifiez l’approvisionnement afin de minimiser les pertes;
- Vous veillez au bon entretien des différents postes de travail et vous assurez du respect des normes d’hygiène et de santé et sécurité.
Diplômé d’une école hôtelière/cuisine, vous avez une expérience préalable dans un établissement et un poste similaire.
Rigoureux(se), organisé et avec un esprit d’équipe, vous avez également le sens du service.
