Aux portes de Paris, l’Ibis Styles Clamart Gare (47 chambres) recherche son/sa/x futur(e) Chef(fe) de Réception pour piloter l’activité du service et accompagner une équipe engagée au quotidien.
Véritable bras droit de la direction sur l’exploitation, vous êtes garant(e) du bon fonctionnement de la réception, de la satisfaction client et de la performance économique du service.
Vos principales missions :
- Superviser l’activité quotidienne de la réception et garantir la qualité de l’accueil
- Élaborer les plannings et organiser le travail de l’équipe
- Assurer le suivi des groupes (devis, réservations, contrats, facturation)
- Veiller à la bonne application des procédures et standards de la marque
- Gérer les situations clients et garantir leur satisfaction
- Répondre aux avis clients et piloter l’e-réputation
- Encadrer, former et accompagner les réceptionnistes
- Fédérer l’équipe et maintenir un bon climat de travail
- Assurer le suivi des encaissements, de la facturation et du chiffre d’affaires
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres services
- Expérience confirmée (minimum 3 ans) en réception hôtelière, avec une première expérience managériale
- Excellente connaissance du secteur hôtelier
- Maîtrise des outils métiers (PMS type FOLS, Resa-Web, Opera Cloud, TARS, TrustYou est un plus)
- Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais et Allemand est un atout)
- Sens du service client et excellente présentation
- Leadership, sens de l’organisation et esprit d’équipe
- Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler en autonomie
- CDI – Temps plein 40h/Sem.
- Poste basé à Clamart (92), à proximité de Paris
- Équipe à taille humaine, environnement calme
