Wie sieht dein Arbeitstag aus …
In deiner Position als Chef de Partie übernimmst du Verantwortung für deinen Posten im Gardemanger und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe sowie höchste Qualitätsstandards. Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und trägst aktiv dazu bei, unseren Gästen unvergessliche kulinarische Erlebnisse zu bieten.
Du bereitest deine Schichten eigenständig vor, organisierst dein Mise en Place effizient und stellst sicher, dass alle Arbeitsabläufe strukturiert und sauber durchgeführt werden. Darüber hinaus bist du aktiv an der Mitgestaltung unserer Speisekarte beteiligt, bringst kreative Ideen ein und entwickelst bestehende Gerichte weiter.
Du führst ein kleines Team auf deinem Posten, leitest Auszubildende und Commis an und unterstützt ihre fachliche sowie persönliche Entwicklung. Als verlässlicher Ansprechpartner sorgst du für eine motivierende Teamatmosphäre und ein starkes Miteinander in der Küche.
Als erfahrener Koch arbeitest du mit Leidenschaft am Herd, hast ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und führst deinen Posten jederzeit souverän und eigenverantwortlich.

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch und bereits Erfahrung als Chef de Partie oder in einer vergleichbaren Position gesammelt.
Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und hast erste Erfahrung in der Führung eines kleinen Teams.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gerne auch etwas Englisch.
Du hast den Anspruch, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und dein Wissen weiterzugeben.
Du begeisterst dich für moderne Küche, französische Einflüsse und kreative Food-Konzepte.
Du bringst nicht nur dein fachliches Können mit, sondern auch Persönlichkeit, Struktur und Teamgeist.
