Mission:
Vous êtes Passionné de cuisine , beau beau produit de saison, de cuisine végétal et bien être, vous avez aussi des notion de pâtisserie : venez partager cette passion avec notre Chef.
Nous recherchons pour notre hôtel Mercure de Niort Marais Poitevin un Chef de partie H/F, en CDI ou en saison sur une baseà 39 h annualisées, à PARTIR DE MI MARS.
Vos futures missions :
● Vous veillez à ce que chaque assiette qui sorte de votre cuisine soit à la hauteur du talent de votre brigade : dressage, délais, températures, etc. vous ne laissez rien au hasard !
● En duo avec le second de cuisine et le chef vous animez et coordonnez vos équipes en développant le potentiel de chaque collaborateur.
● Des livraisons jusqu’à l’assiette, vous avez un œil partout ! Vous supervisez les commandes, appliquez les fiches techniques et contribuez au respect des règles d’hygiène et à la sécurité alimentaire.

● Votre première expérience en tant que cuisinier vous a permis de faire vos armes et de développer un sens de l’initiative hors pair !
● L’esprit d’équipe, c’est votre point fort ! Vous aimez manager et transmettre votre savoir-faire aux demi-chefs de partie, commis, apprentis et stagiaires.
● En tant que chef de file de votre partie, vous savez montrer l’exemple. Vous êtes rigoureux, polyvalent, organisé, et bien sûr… créatif, pour toujours surprendre vos clients.
