Ennismore, con su marca de lujo SLS, está llevando a cabo un magnífico proyecto con todo incluido en el oasis que es Playa Mujeres, justo al norte de Cancún, México. La apertura está prevista para noviembre de 2024.
Presentamos esta nueva joya de lujo deslumbrante que llegará al área de Playa Mujeres en Cancún. Nuestro hotel con todo incluido ofrece 500 lujosas habitaciones, complementadas con una impresionante variedad de 18 diferentes establecimientos de Alimentos y Bebidas y un santuario de spa rejuvenecedor. - Supervisar y coordinar todos los aspectos de la operación de banquetes, desde la planificación hasta la ejecución de eventos.
- Trabajar con el equipo de ventas y el departamento de eventos para garantizar que las necesidades de los clientes sean cubiertas de manera adecuada y eficiente.
- Elaborar menús para eventos especiales, considerando las preferencias del cliente, los presupuestos y las tendencias gastronómicas actuales.
- Supervisar la preparación y presentación de alimentos para eventos de banquetes, garantizando que se mantengan los estándares de calidad y presentación.
- Controlar los tiempos de entrega de los alimentos para cumplir con los horarios establecidos para cada evento.
- Asegurar que todos los alimentos se preparen de acuerdo con las normas de seguridad alimentaria.
- Dirigir, entrenar y motivar a un equipo de cocineros, ayudantes y personal de cocina asignado a los banquetes.
- Asignar tareas y supervisar el desempeño del equipo de cocina durante los eventos.
- Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y de alto rendimiento, garantizando la comunicación fluida entre el equipo de cocina y otros departamentos del hotel.
- Asegurar la correcta gestión de inventarios de insumos para la preparación de los banquetes.
- Supervisar las compras de alimentos y materiales para eventos, manteniendo la calidad dentro del presupuesto establecido.
- Realizar el control de desperdicios y garantizar el uso eficiente de los ingredientes.
- 3 años de experiencia
- Experiencia en la gestión de eventos de gran escala (banquetes, bodas, conferencias, etc.).
- Conocimiento profundo de cocina internacional y local, así como de los requerimientos específicos de los banquetes.
