Au sein d'une petite équipe polyvalente et motivée, vous partagez les missions :
#Admin Central
Vous assurez :
- Le suivi des contrats de nos sites : planification des renouvellements de contrats, réponses aux demandes fournisseurs ou aparthotels, signatures des contrats, mise à jour des informations par site, …
- La mise à jour de la base de données opérationnelle (refresh annuel, saisies au fil de l’eau)
- La saisie de commandes (en fonction des besoins de l’équipe de votre département)
- Le support adminsitratif aux équipes du département dans les actions nécessaires aux projets et déploiements en fonction des besoins
- La réception et demandes d’information constituant des reportings (prestataires, expertises internes)
#Support
Vous traitez les demandes de support sur les domaines standards/ produits, référencements/ achats, en provenance des équipes aparthotels, experts internes et équipes Accor/PVCP :
- Réception et qualification des demandes
- Traitement des demandes de niveau 1, ou transfert à un niveau supérieur, expertises, prestaires,…
- Suivi de la demande jusqu’à la réponse au demandeur initial
- Reporting support
#Amélioration Continue
• Vous assurez la mise à jour de la documentation opérationnelle (process, guides standards, books achats run et ouverture, …)
• Vous effectuez un reporting des demandes support et les transmettez en réunion d’équipe afin de les inclure à la démarche d’amélioration continue dès que le besoin est avéré.
#Animation réseau
Vous participez à l’animation réseau France & Europe : envoi des agendas, rédaction des bulletins opérationnels.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Standards & Operational Monitoring and Network Animation Support Manager to join our team in Paris, France. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of cross-functional activities, overseeing operational standards, monitoring processes, and providing crucial support to our network.
- Manage and monitor site contracts, including planning renewals, responding to supplier or aparthotel requests, and updating information
- Maintain and update the operational database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information
- Process orders and provide administrative support for department projects and deployments
- Handle support requests related to standards, products, listings, and purchasing from aparthotel teams, internal experts, and partner organisations
- Qualify incoming requests, process level 1 queries, and escalate complex issues to appropriate experts or service providers
- Update operational documentation, including processes, standard guides, and purchasing books
- Analyse support requests and contribute to the continuous improvement process
- Participate in network animation activities for France & Europe, including agenda setting and writing operational bulletins
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards across the network
- Generate reports on support activities and present findings in team meetings
Êtes-vous le candidat idéal ?
- Vous êtes attiré par la gestion des achats et souhaitez goûter à l’animation réseau, tout cela dans une dynamique d’amélioration continue ?
- La rigueur, la polyvalence, l’agilité, et la soif d’apprendre vous animent ?
- Vous maitrisez Excel et les autres outils du pack office, ainsi que FOLS et pourquoi pas Opera Cloud ?
- Apprendre de nouveaux logiciels nécessaires à votre fonction ne vous fait pas peur (GASPAR, Astore, autres outils Web prestataires, …) ?
- Vous êtes très à l’aise en anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit et, idéalement dans une autre langue également ?
- L’usage de l’écrit avec les sites dont vous assurez le support est important, vous avez un très bon rédactionnel ?
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in operational monitoring, support roles, or hospitality management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems such as FOLS and Opera Cloud (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and tools as required (e.g., GASPAR, Astore)
- Fluency in English, both oral and written, with proficiency in another language being advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Experience in purchasing management and network animation
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong writing skills for creating clear and concise operational documentation
- Rigour, versatility, and agility in approach to work
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently
- Collaborative spirit with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams
