We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion of assignments.

• Supervise and coordinate carpentry teams on various construction projects
• Plan and organize work schedules, assigning tasks to team members
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes
• Manage inventory of materials and tools, placing orders as needed
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior carpenters
• Conduct regular quality inspections of completed work
• Collaborate with other construction professionals and project managers
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during projects
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and team performance

• Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Advanced carpentry skills and knowledge of various woodworking techniques
• Expertise in using power tools and carpentry equipment
• Strong project management and team leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of construction industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality craftsmanship
