Job Description

Based in either Madrid or Milan, you'll play a key role in strengthening the performance of Accor's Economy brands across the Mediterranean & North Africa region.

Reporting to the Vice President Go-To-Market MEDNA, you'll work at the crossroads of brand, guest experience, loyalty, and hotel operations, partnering with hotel teams to bring our brands to life every day. Your mission will be to help hotels consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences, reinforce brand standards, and maximize the impact of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, ultimately contributing to stronger commercial performance across the region.

What will you do?

  • Drive the performance of Accor's Economy brands by improving guest experience, loyalty contribution, brand audit results, and key operational KPIs across the region.
  • Ensure the consistent execution of brand standards across Managed and Franchised hotels through coaching, engagement, and performance follow-up.
  • Promote the adoption of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, brand initiatives, and guest experience programs to strengthen customer loyalty and enhance brand value.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Commercial teams, and hotel leaders to align brand priorities with business objectives.
  • Monitor performance through dashboards, audits, and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities to continuously improve hotel performance.
  • Develop and coordinate targeted action plans to address performance gaps and support hotels in achieving their brand and guest experience objectives.
  • Share best practices across the region and encourage collaboration between hotels to drive operational excellence and brand consistency.
  • Support the successful rollout of new brand initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and strong hotel engagement.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Brings at least 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Guest Experience, Hotel Operations, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Has a proven track record of improving guest satisfaction, loyalty performance, and brand standards across a multi-property environment.
  • Understands how brand standards, guest experience, and commercial performance work together to drive business success.
  • Is comfortable analysing performance data and translating insights into clear, actionable plans.
  • Builds strong relationships and enjoys collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Thrives in an international, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
  • Is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. Knowledge of French would be a strong advantage.
