We’re looking for a Barista with big passion for all things caffeinated and the skills to go with it.
Lotti's is our buzzing neighbourhood restaurant. The menu features an internationally inspired brasserie style cuisine with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. During the day, Lotti's is a place to meet, relax or work, and from Friday to Sunday the bar plays host to local DJ talent.

Once the Mayor’s home, now our home, on Amsterdam’s Herengracht canal. The Hoxton, Amsterdam houses 111 rooms, The Apartment, our meetings & events concept, and our all-day restaurant & bar, Lotti’s.

Job Description
What you’ll do…
- In a nutshell, our baristas are the masters of our coffee bar and energize our guests with tasty Origin coffees + bevs. There’s also plenty of opportunity to change things up by helping out on the floor and behind the bar as well.
- Magic up whatever the mood calls for, from your comforting standards to masterful bevvies that change with the seasons.
- Work with the rest of team in keeping things spic & span and running smoothly.
