Bar Person - Nights Mixologist.
Are you passionate about guest interaction, creativity and hosting bar? As a Night Mixologist, bar person, you will work in our Clarkes Bar to create unforgettable evening experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:

• Engaging and interacting with guests
• Mixing and serving beverages out of Clarkes Bar
• Liaising internally with staff to ensure sufficient stock
• General maintenance clearing and cleaning of Clarkes Bar

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality and a high standard of presentation is essential
• A passion for creating an engaging but professional evening atmosphere
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• LCQ is an asset but not essential

The Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and Ibis Rotorua Lakeside is a dual branded complex hotel with 344 rooms located in central Rotorua.

Our  two hotels include,  Atlas Café & Restaurant, Clarkes Bar and Ibis restaurant. 10 conference / banquet rooms and our own InBalance Fitness Centre.
