Assistant Manager, Skai
Summary of Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of SKAI, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
Lead, motivate and develop the service team to deliver personalized and memorable dining experiences.
Drive guest engagement, anticipate guest needs, and effectively resolve feedback and service recovery opportunities.
Ensure service, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety standards are consistently maintained.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and manpower deployment to maximize operational efficiency.
Partner closely with the Culinary team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences.
Monitor outlet performance and contribute to revenue growth through upselling, productivity initiatives, and cost control measures.
Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and coaching to build a high-performing and guest-centric culture.
Support the achievement of guest satisfaction, financial, and quality targets in line with hotel and brand standards.
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in a premium dining, semi-fine dining, or luxury hospitality environment.
Strong passion for food, wine, and guest service excellence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage guests confidently.
Proven leadership capabilities with experience coaching and developing teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety, restaurant operations, and financial performance management.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
