Job Description
Oversees the daily operations of a large housekeeping team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort through regular inspections and team briefings.
Manages and mentors the team by providing regular feedback and coaching to support their professional growth and improve service quality.
Collaborates with other departments, including the in-house laundry team, to deliver a seamless guest experience and meet individual guest needs.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
A warm, approachable, and caring personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a Housekeeping Management role, with a track record of delivering high standards.
Strong ability to anticipate guest needs and consistently provide a professional, welcoming service.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy operation effectively.
