Join Our Team as an Assistant Duty Manager!

Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to grow your career in hotel operations? We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Assistant Duty Manager to support our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Duty Manager and Front Office Manager in the daily operations of the Front Office department.
  • Supervise, train, and support Front Office team members to ensure outstanding service delivery.
  • Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and personalised service to all guests.
  • Respond effectively to guest feedback and complaints, ensuring swift resolution in a professional manner.
  • Promote the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program and contribute to achieving team targets.
  • Uphold a positive team culture and assist in implementing strategies to boost productivity and morale.
  • Work a flexible 7-day roster, including morning, evening, and occasional night shifts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office role, preferably as a GSA, Supervisor, or similar (minimum 1 year).
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Opera experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A current C-Class Manual Driver’s Licence (essential).
  • Approved Manager Licence and RSA (or willingness to obtain).
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster.
