Job Description

Assistant Director of Sales Corporate:

This role is the champion of the Corporate segment. Responsible of leading, managing and guiding the Corporate Sales Team members to ensure yearly sales budget is achieved and surpassed.

Responsible for implementing management strategy and guidelines in the Department set by the Director of Sales and Marketing. 

Job Description:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract corporate clients, identify and generate new business opportunities, and achieve Business segment revenue targets.

Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts, fostering strong relationships, animate and entertain key Corporate clients and optimizing revenue potential.

Lead the Corporate segment’s activities to ensure departmental targets are met and surpassed.

Conduct market research, stay ahead of industry trends, and represent the hotel at Corporate events and networking functions.

Present sales reports, trends to senior management and assist DOS/DOSM with accuracy of revenue forecasting.

Carry out duties, projects and other assignments as required by DOSM.


Qualifications

Excellent understanding of Corporate Luxury market.

Professional sales and presentation skills, extensive knowledge of sales skills and revenue management.

Must have strong interpersonal skills with attention to details.

Managerial / Leadership skills, strategic thinking with the ability to move strategy to action.

Self-motivated, pro-active, energetic, adaptable and target oriented.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience position, preferably at an international 5-star hotel.

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Business Administration
