À ce poste, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Effectuer les mises en place nécessaires à la réalisation des pâtisseries
- Assurer la bonne exécution des préparations culinaires
- Respecter les fiches techniques et règles de fabrication mises en place
- Confection de la Collection sucrée : l'ensemble des pâtes, crèmes, et petits gâteaux spécifiques à la profession
- Exécution et création des mélanges ou appareils
- Réceptionner les marchandises et participer à leur contrôle lors de leur livraison
- Ranger les marchandises dans les chambres froides en respectant les normes HACCP
- Respecter la rotation des produits (DLC)
- Respecter les exigences RSE liées au poste (tri des déchets, gaspillage alimentaire…)
Votre profil :
Nous recherchons des personnes passionnées par la pâtisserie, motivées et rigoureuses.
Vous débutez une formation en pâtisserie (CAP ou Mention Complémentaire) à la rentrée et vous recherchez une entreprise d'accueil ? N'hésitez pas à nous faire suivre votre candidature en postulant à cette offre !
