L’hôtel Ibis Paris Porte d'Italie, situé à Gentilly (94), est un établissement de 283 chambres doté d’un espace dynamique incluant un restaurant, un bar, un espace de travail et des salles de séminaire. Il se veut un lieu culturel et convivial, pensé pour que chaque moment passé soit mémorable, que ce soit pour le travail, la détente ou la socialisation.
Nous recherchons un Apprenti Commercial H/F/X en contrat d'apprentissage à compter de septembre 2025. Sous la supervision de la Responsable Commerciale, vos missions seront les suivantes :
La gestion des réservations (50%)
- Vous gérez les réservations groupes aussi bien loisirs que professionnel.
- Vous assurez un suivi rigoureux des dossiers pour sécuriser le chiffre d’affaires.
- Vous pouvez être en support pour la réservation des groupes sportifs et séminaires.
La gestion de la partie séminaires/MICE (40%)
- Vous gérez l’accueil et le suivi des clients Séminaires.
- Vous contrôlez la qualité des prestations offertes et vérifier qu’elles soient bien conformes au cahier des charges établi avec le client.
La gestion de la communication de l’hôtel (10%)
- Vous contribuez à la mise en place d’animations commerciales.
- Vous gérez les animations hôtel (Beaujolais Nouveau, Halloween, Mardi Gras …).
- Vous contribuez à la communication sur les réseau sociaux.
Profil recherché :
- Niveau Bac+2 à Bac+3 en Hôtellerie/Restauration ou Tourisme ou Commerce.
- Gestion des réservations et relation client.
- Organisation d'évènements (séminaires, animations).
- Langues : Anglais indispensable et espagnol souhaité.
