Nous recherchons notre HRBP en charge de plusieurs directions corporate : ~300 personnes dans le monde, dont 150 basé en France.
Au cœur de la Direction Talent & Culture (Ressource Humaines), vous êtes attendu pour faire vivre la politique RH Groupe, accompagner la transformation du Groupe et agir comme moteur d’amélioration de la performance auprès des Comités de Direction et des Managers des équipes
Contexte du poste
L’équipe Ressource Humaines (appelée Talent et Culture en interne) Corporate Services recherche sa ou son Alternant(e).
Notre équipe est en charge d’accompagner l’ensemble des collaborateurs et managers de la Finance, des Achats, de l’Audit, de la Communication, du Juridique, etc… sur l’ensemble des problématiques RH.
Nous sommes un pôle RH généraliste, en lien direct avec les équipes, et travaillant en lien étroit avec des services experts (paie et administratifs, juridique, formation etc)
Missions
- Participation aux différentes campagnes RH (Entretiens annuels, programmes de talent management, revue des rémunérations etc)
- Participation aux entretiens quotidiens avec les managers (sujets organisationnels, et d’équipe) et les collaborateurs (souhaits d’évolution, mobilité, conflits éventuels etc)
- Recueillir les besoins de recrutement, sourcing des CV, organisation et Participation aux entretiens de recrutement. Accompagner au plus près les managers sur leurs besoins de recrutement en total autonomie.
- Prise en charge du support utilisateur sur les outils digitaux (recrutements, entretiens annuels)
- Coordination avec les départements experts RH pour accompagner les collaborateurs sur l’ensemble des thématiques RH (paie, congés payés, formation, questions pragmatiques sur le quotidien, contentieux, etc…)
- Consolidation des bases de données RH (Excel)
Cette liste de missions est bien entendu non exhaustive, et peut évoluer en fonction du souhait de l’apprenti

L’objectif du stage est de pouvoir devenir un véritable référent RH et d’être identifié(e) par ses interlocuteurs comme tel.

Quelques prérequis
Niveau d’étude : Bac +5 – Ressources Humaines ou Ecole de Commerce
Langues : Français et Anglais (écrit, parlé)
Expérience souhaitée : une première expérience dans le domaine RH obligatoire (stage ou alternance)
