Aux portes de Lyon, le Mercure Lyon Est Chaponnay est un hôtel où il fait bon travailler! Un restaurant design, ouvert du lundi au vendredi, et tendance, où les plats faits maison sont servis dans une ambiance conviviale. Des chambres colorées agrémentées d'images locales, où nos clients trouvent le confort nécessaire. Un bar cosy où nos clients peuvent travailler en journée mais surtout se détendre le soir, lors d'un moment entre amis, collègue, ou même famille! Bienvenue dans un métier où vous êtes à la fois chef d’orchestre, super-héros discret et référence absolue de la réception.
Mais concrètement, c’est quoi être 1er de réception ?
- Non, vous ne faites pas que dire “bonjour” avec le sourire (même si on adore ça) : vous êtes le pilier de la réception et le point de repère de l’équipe.
- Vous supervisez, accompagnez et soutenez vos collègues réceptionnistes (oui, ils vont souvent venir vous voir).
- Vous êtes le/la bras droit de la cheffe de réception : vous l’accompagnez au quotidien, vous l’aidez à garder le cap… et parfois vous prenez le relais quand elle n’est pas là
- Vous jonglez entre organisation, check-in, check-out, gestion des imprévus et petites urgences du quotidien (spoiler : il y en a toujours).
- Vous avez un œil sur tout : la qualité de l’accueil, la satisfaction client, les détails qui font la différence.
- Vous jouez aussi un peu au stratège : optimisation du remplissage, suivi des chiffres.
- Et bien sûr… vous êtes celui/celle qui trouve des solutions quand personne ne sait quoi faire.
- Vous avez déjà de l’expérience en réception et vous savez garder votre calme (même quand tout arrive en même temps).
- Vous aimez aider, encadrer et faire grandir une équipe (sans forcément sortir le fouet ).
- Vous êtes à l’aise en français et en anglais (les “Where is the breakfast?” ne vous font pas peur).
- Organisé(e), réactif(ve), et avec une bonne dose de bonne humeur.
- Vous aimez le contact client et vous avez ce petit truc en plus qui fait la différence.
