Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Attend to all guest queries in a prompt, professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Complete a seamless check in and check out service for all our guests
  • To act as a point of contact for all guests, to provide assistance and offer them efficient customer service, identify their needs as well as product knowledge
  • Ensure the correct handling of guest messages, mail and packages
  • To know details of the day’s arrivals, identify priority guests, VIPs and ensure their rooms are checked prior to arrival and placed with relevant VIP amenities
  • Working with the Duty Manager on a daily basis to best serve our guests
  • Assist in arranging room moves, select appropriate rooms and arrange for luggage to be moved

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
