      Job Description

      We are looking for an innovative and experienced Social Media and Brand Content Manager to report directly to the Senior Manager, Communications & Marketing at Orient Express. This individual will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the company’s social media strategy across all platforms. They will also lead efforts to create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and supports our business objectives.

      Your main responsibilities will be:

      • Support on the content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets on every communication channel such as:
        • Online channel: coordination of website, newsletter, and social media channels. This can include social media editorial calendar proofreading and editing, copy editing for website, copy editing for newsletter
        • Offline channel: coordination of sales brochures, print collaterals, etc.
      • Ensure that content in all forms is cohesive and rendered with powerful impact for the brand
      • Working closely with marketing and communication teams to maintain the brand tone of voice across all content platforms
      • Adapt brand content where necessary (ie. format precisions, adding logos or other) for web platforms
      • Coordinate and publish engaging content on relevant platforms (ie. Web, social or other)
      • Working with selected brand agencies to publish content on indicated channels (web, newsletter, social media, other where relevant)
      • Optimize content according to SEO best practices
      • Use content management systems (WordPress, Later, Sprinklr) to analyze users’ engagement metrics
      • Source and coordinate content towards properties to ensure enough material is available for communications
      • Support, coordinate and drive photo and/or videoshoots for Brand and/or products when required
      • Lead the content streams on digital transformation projects
      • Support and coordinate a global newsletter calendar based on brand needs and priorities, working closely with the CRM Manager
      • Stay up to date with developments and generate innovative ideas to draw audience’s attention

       


      Qualifications

      • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
      • A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Content manager
      • Hands on experience with MS Office and Content Management Systems
      • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
      • Familiarity with and enthusiasm for social media and digital platforms
      • Attention to detail
      • Sense of luxury visual aesthetics and a strong grasp of the brand identity
      • Good organizational and time-management skills
      • Autonomous and team player

      • Excellent English, both verbal and written
      • Energetic, smiling, and passionate to his/her work
      • Innovative approach to work
      • Knowledge of hospitality is a plus
