Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Meryal Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.


Job Description

Sales Manager – Azure Beach Club

The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing Azure Beach Club’s market presence and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury and hospitality sectors, with a proven track record of sales success in the region.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Middle Eastern market to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, corporate clients, and travel agents. Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Middle East. Utilize this data to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee and participate in promotional events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to enhance Azure Beach Club’s visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve revenue goals while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in Qatar or Middle East.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Arabic speaker is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to the operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
